Frequently asked questions

Answers about racing simulator hire: space and power needed, whether guests need experience, which games, how the racing works and how to pay.

Driving

Do guests need experience?

No. Our operator fits the seat, switches on the driving assists and the racing line, and shows the controls. Anyone can drive, even if they’ve never sat in a simulator.

What’s the minimum age to drive?

From 10 years old and about 140 cm tall, so the child can reach the pedals. Children drive with an adult supervising.

What’s the difference between the formula-style and GT wheel?

The formula-style wheel is smaller, with grips and lots of buttons, like in an open-wheel formula car. The GT wheel is round and closer to a normal car’s wheel. We bring both and swap them in seconds. Not sure? Start with GT. More on the Simulator page.

Which games can we play?

Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione, EA SPORTS F1 25 and iRacing. Others, like Le Mans Ultimate, we install on request; let us know in advance.

Can we hold a competition?

Yes. We run a leaderboard for the whole event: every driver’s time goes on it, and at the end we announce the fastest. We can show it during the event, and you choose the prizes.

Can guests race each other side by side?

We have one simulator, so drivers take turns and race against the clock. It’s the fairest way: everyone drives the same track in the same car.

How many people can drive during the event?

One drive lasts from 5 minutes.

Space and hardware

How much space do you need?

About 3.2 × 3.8 m. That’s the rig itself plus 1 m of free space around it.

What power do you need?

One normal 230 V socket is enough.

Will the simulator fit into our venue?

Tell us in advance about stairs, narrow doors or no lift, and we’ll plan the delivery. Not sure? Tell us about the room and we’ll help you check.

Can it be set up outdoors?

Yes, if there’s a roof or tent and a flat, firm surface, so the equipment stays dry and out of direct sun.

How long does set-up take?

We arrive 45 minutes before your event starts. In that time we set up the simulator and test the wheel, pedals, screen and timing. When your guests arrive, everything is running.

Who looks after the rig during the event?

Our operator, for the whole event. They help the drivers, manage the queue and run the leaderboard. The rig never runs without our person.

Booking and price

How much does it cost?

The price depends on hours, place and distance. Send us the date and a few words about the event, and we’ll send you an offer. More on the Pricing page.

How do we pay?

By invoice or bank transfer. We invoice companies.

Where do you go?

Across Kaunas and the Kaunas region, in our own van. The distance is part of the price.

How far ahead should we book?

We have one simulator, so it’s best to book your date as early as you can.

Can we cancel or change the date?

Cancellation and date-change terms are set out in each written offer.

Do you work in English?

The website and booking are in Lithuanian and English. At the event we instruct guests in English too.
