You celebrate. We run the race.
We don’t rent the simulator out for you to collect. We always bring it, set it up and look after it ourselves. You don’t lift, plug in or learn anything. Here’s how it all runs.
1. Request
Pick a date and tell us a little about the event. The request form asks for:
- the date and place (city, address or venue);
- the type of event;
- the number of hours;
- roughly how many guests;
- which wheel you’d like: formula-style or GT (or not sure yet);
- your name, phone and email.
2. Confirmation
We get in touch and agree the place, time and price. If needed, we talk through the venue: whether there’s enough space and where the socket is. The date is confirmed once we’ve agreed all the details.
Payment is by invoice or bank transfer. More on the Pricing page.

3. We arrive and set up
We come in our own van and arrive 45 minutes before your event starts. We set up the simulator and test the wheel, pedals, screen and timing. When the first guest arrives, everything is already running.
All we need from you:
- about 3.2 × 3.8 m of space (the rig plus 1 m of free space around it);
- one normal 230 V socket;
- Access. Tell us in advance about stairs, narrow doors or no lift, and we’ll plan the delivery.
4. Racing, with an operator
Our operator stays with the simulator for the whole event. The rig never runs without our person.
For every driver, the operator:
- fits the seat to their height;
- shows the controls: wheel, throttle and brake;
- switches on the assists and the racing line for beginners;
- swaps the wheel on request: formula-style or GT.
No experience needed. Anyone aged 10 or over and about 140 cm tall can drive.

5. The leaderboard
Every driver’s time goes on the leaderboard, from the first drive to the last. We can show it during the event. At the end we announce the fastest, and if you like, you give out the prizes.
The time to beat: the owner’s lap of Spa-Francorchamps, 1:51.316.
6. We pack up and leave
After the event we take the simulator down and away. Nothing for you to tidy up.
